go to "Checkout" and then click on "Place your order".
Select "Cash" to place the order. When you get your food,
you pay cash.
To be a member, register your details
by clicking on the Register icon. After registering, you can
order your food and save to re-order the same food in the
future. You can also earn points to earn free food offers.
Ordering food with Chef Genie is just
a click away. It is a fast and effective way of ordering
your favourite food to your door. If you don't know your
postcode, click on "Nearby takeaways". You will get a list
of all the restaurants and takeaways near you where you can
place your order. Chef Genie offers a points system when you
place an order and you can later use to redeem those points
in exchange for free food.
Because we are an online food
ordering system, we are unable to give out telephone numbers
of restaurants and takeaways before an order has been
placed. However, after the order has been accepted by the
restaurant and takeaway, you will receive the phone number
in an email.
Don't worry about your online
transaction, we are using 3rd party companies for payment
who securely encrypt all the transactions. We have a
dedicated support team, who are available 24/7 to offer
instant support if any problems arise.
When ordering your food online it is
up to you to notify whether you have any allergies or
religious preferences. Restaurants and takeaway owners are
responsible for cooking food that you have specifically
ordered. After placing the order you will receive an email
where you can make sure your order is correct.
If after placing the order, you wish
to cancel it, you need to inform us as soon as possible
before the restaurant start preparing the food for you and
they will cancel the order.
Some small restaurants and takeaways
might not be VAT registered, but if they are VAT registered,
you should be able to get a VAT receipt, by getting in touch
with the restaurant where you placed your order.
If your order has been cancelled by
the restaurant after you made the payment, the restaurant or
takeaway will refund you with your money within a few days.
In most cases, restaurant owners do
inform us if a duplicate order has been placed from the same
customer. If this is the case, then we contact the customer
to confirm the order. If the customer rejects the duplicate
order the n we automatically cancel the duplicate order and
refund any money paid by card. If a customer calls us to
cancel the duplicate order, then we inform the restaurant
owner, cancel it and proceed as mentioned above.

Our customer can decide the delivery
time, but by default minimum time is 45 minutes. You can
increase the time while getting the order, you have that
option in your printer. But if you will face any problem of
delivering food in due time, we would inspire you to call to
the customer and let them you, but if you will face any
difficulties of reaching customer, let us know, we will sort
it out.
No one wants to lose their business
or make a bad name, but in some circumstances, like snow
fall, or no delivery driver, you can cancel any order and
you have that option in your printer. Sometimes you could be
too busy. For any circumstances, we will encourage you to
call to the customer and give them any alternative solution
to make them happy and you will not lose them.
